First, check and maintain of the raising-and-lowering system parts.
1, Check the winch lubricating oil. If not enough, fill it.
2, Check whether cables are tight, winch is fixed and driving motor is fastened or not.
3, Check, test and adjust torque limiter.
4, Check and adjust cables holding disk.
5, Check raising and lowering control device and test winch system operation.
6, Check electrical box and lighting control cabinet.
7, Fasten latch bolt, cleaning and gas.
8, Check whether main power cable is aging, damage, power cable clamp is loose, displace or not.
9, Check steel cable is damaged or corroded and oiling parts for maintain.
10, Clean debris, grease out of electrical devices door.

Two, maintain of crown and lighting fixtures.
1, Check crown has no corrosion parts, processes rust and antirust.
2, Fasten crown and install bolt to lighting fixtures, adjust the balance of crown.
3, Check and arrange lighting line, check in aged, and report to employer for replacement.
4, Check junction box, fasten connection bolt.
5, Check flexible degree of steering assembly, fill with lubricating oil.
6, Check lighting fixtures’ conditions, repair and adjust lighting fixtures pointed direction, the lighting fixtures which don’t work (including electric light source) need to inspect, record, and notice owners for replace.

Three, Working Test
1, Check raising and lowering is steady, system work is regular and meet requirements of speed, driving motor and winch without overheating when Highmast lighting working.
2, When Highmast lighting steel cable unloading test, we need to check out whether the latch system is flexible and normal, flag indicator’s work is accurate, the latch is flexible, eliminate all obstacles which linked to the work, the unloading process safe and steady or not.

Four, Set Up Files, Training Operators
1, Establish highmast lighting’s files, records every highmast lighting situation.
2, Let the user of owner has a professional knowledge and practical operational training.
